Leading guided mindfulness and meditation sessions

I lead personalized meditation sessions for my peers and organizations in order to introduce mindfulness concepts and empower them with tools to continue practicing. I emphasize creating a safe space for vulnerability, dialogue, and compassionate listening. I also share the biological mechanisms that underlie mindfulness and different meditation techniques and how to strengthen practice using science-based tools.
